A CALL FOR DANCERS

PURPOSE OF DFTC 2008:
For dancers this is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment with established and emerging choreographers and filmmakers in the production of dance videos.
Daily Dance/Movement Classes:
Constance Cooke, artistic director and choreographer at Victoria Dance Connection, and participant of DFTC’s program for the past 3 years, has designed a movement program that is specifically aimed at dance for the camera.

All dancers are welcome to be part of DFTC 2008 for the screenings of cutting edge dance videos that are followed by critical discussions. August 2nd DFTC holds a public screening of all the videos that were produced and you are our special invited guests. As dancers you will also receive a DVD copy of the dance video projects produced during this years program.
