Volunteer Opportunities

ARE YOU LOOKING TO EARN VOLUNTEER BUCKS TOWARDS RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT OR EDIT SUIT? Dance for the Camera workshop is looking for volunteers to help out with the following tasks:

1 - Four strong bodies to lug Marley flooring to Open Space. WHEN: Sunday July 4th. TIME: 9:00 AM sharp at MediaNet to pick up and deliver to Open Space.
2 - July 18th, Sunday, we will need to bring the Marley back to its place of origin. Also, on this day Kirk will need help bringing all the equipment back to MediaNet TIME: 11:00 AM Open Space.
3 – Do you have a vehicle and see yourself being able to drive participants of DFTC to their filming locations?
4 – Looking for 3 bikes for our green participants for the duration of the workshop.
5 – General Help with set up in the mornings from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM 6 - General Help with clean up in the evenings from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM
7 – Help with setting up chairs for screening. WHEN: July 10th, Saturday, 5:00 PM and July 17th, Saturday 5:00 PM WHERE: Open Space
8 - Lux Tan, DANCER/CHOREOGRAPHER, from Vancouver is in need of a billet & MediaNet will pay volunteer hours if you host a DFTC guest.
